Special Delivery services are available, including timed early delivery or courier services. Our customer services team will be pleased to advise costs.

Opening an account is easy using the IPS account application form. We have an on-line computerised system which allows us to make instant decisions on new accounts, providing immediate despatch when required. Credit cards, including Mastercard and Visa are accepted. We are also happy to accept debit cards, corporate purchase cards, cheque or cash. IPS have a "no minimum order" policy, which means you never need to order more than you need.

IPS are renowned for supplying quality products and for maintaining exceptional customer service. If you are in any way dissatisfied with a product you have purchased from us, or on receipt you find you have ordered incorrectly, call our customer service team within 7 days to arrange a return and full refund for "as new" products (excluding custom-made, non-stock or specially ordered items).
