"Professional drainage solutions for buildings"

Backwater damage is a threat to millions of homeowners and builders, and never has the damage caused by flooding and backwater been as costly as today. However, many builders and homeowners remain unaware of the fact that they can and must protect themselves from backwater. Local authorities and insurance companies require such protection. The current climate changes, bringing with them sudden torrential rainfall and flash flooding, require timely considerations regarding backwater protection. Professional and suitable backwater protection helps to maintain the value of properties and buildings in the long term.

The Pumpfix F and Ecolift XL Hybrid Lifting Stations offer safe and reliable protection against backwater and come into service only when necessary - during backwater. The Pumpfix F (for domestic applications) and the Ecolift XL (for industrial applications) are the new ideal solutions for installation in gravity wastewater drainage systems - both for new construction and renovations.

People who use drainage objects such as washing machines, showers or a toilet in their basement must consider how the wastewater from the object is to reach the sewer. If there is no natural gradient to the sewer, the wastewater must be lifted above the backwater level using a lifting station or pumping station so that it can then flow into the sewage system.

Water is one of our most precious resources and is not available in unlimited quantities. For this reason, contaminated wastewater from kitchens must be pre-treated and cleaned with the aid of appropriate separator systems before it is discharged to the public sewer system.

KESSEL offers a wide range of innovative polymer separators for different areas of application and wastewater quantities.

The new KESSEL EasyClean grease separators bring ease of installation, cleaning performance and energy efficiency up to a new level. EasyClean separators can be retrofitted up to the completely automatic system even while installed, and can thus be adapted to changing requirements.

In the case that interior space in the building is limited, an outdoor underground grease separator is the ideal alternative. These separators come complete with body, vertically adjustable upper section and a choice of manhole covers and are quick and easy to install.

The EasyClean Modular combines the advantages of the EasyClean free with maximum transportability. It is the ideal grease separator for extremely narrow entranceways that can make it difficult to transport a standard grease separator to the set-up location. This grease separator can be disassembled into small individual components and assembled at the set-up location.

In the food truck, in the takeaway restaurant, in the shopping centre or in a small club: Installation of large central grease separators is not possible everywhere. If this is the case, and only small volumes of wastewater are produced, then it’s a clear case for the EasyClean free UnderSink grease separator – optimised for free-standing set-up where space is limited.
